Booking, cancellation, and refund policy for your stay at Luxe Den
Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy — Luxe Den LLC
Applies to reservations made directly with Luxe Den LLC or via third‑party platforms such as Lodgify, VRBO, Airbnb, and their affiliates.
1. Reservation & Payment Terms
Full payment of the total booking amount is due at the time of reservation to secure the dates.
Where a platform offers split or installment payments, any remaining balance will be charged automatically on the schedule set by that platform.
2. Security Deposit
No security deposit is required for stays of 29 nights or fewer.
Stays of 30 consecutive nights or more require a refundable security deposit (amount specified during booking) payable at the time the reservation is confirmed. The deposit is returned within 7 business days of checkout after satisfactory inspection of the property.
3. Cancellation & Refund Schedule

Service fees or third‑party platform charges may be non‑refundable according to their terms.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of cancellation confirmation.
Early departures and no‑shows are treated as cancellations inside the <7‑day window and are non‑refundable.
5. Date Changes & Rescheduling
Change requests are subject to availability and are evaluated case‑by‑case.
If new dates fall inside a stricter refund window or higher nightly rate, the difference applies and the original cancellation schedule remains in force unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Force Majeure & Extenuating Circumstances
In events such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or documented medical emergencies, Luxe Den LLC may, at its discretion, offer a cash refund, partial refund, or future‑stay credit.
💡 Guests are encouraged to secure travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.
7. Non‑Refundable Bookings (Optional Offer)
Discounted rates designated Non‑Refundable are ineligible for cash refund. Alternate remedies (e.g., stay credit) are solely at the host's discretion.
8. Cancellation Process
Cancellations must be submitted through the same channel used to book. The effective cancellation date and time is the timestamp when the platform or Luxe Den LLC confirms receipt in writing.
9. Optional Future‑Stay Credit
Where offered, credits are valid for 12 months from the original check‑in date, are non‑transferable, and apply to lodging charges only.

Late departure without prior approval may be treated as trespass under the governing Rental Terms & House Rules.
11. Governing Terms & Jurisdiction
This policy supplements the Luxe Den LLC – Rental Terms & House Rules. In any conflict, the more protective provision in favor of Luxe Den LLC prevails. The agreement is governed by Utah law, with venue in Utah County as specified in the Terms & House Rules.
